Founded in 1975, Steve Huff Plumbing became a Tennessee State Licensed Contractor in 1989, incorporated in 1990, and obtained our Virginia State Contractor License in 1995. We are the area’s premier residential plumbing company. Recognized as being the best in the area we have been voted Readers’ Choice Best Plumber the last 10 times in the Kingsport Times News. Nick Martin
General Manager
Nick joined Steve Huff Plumbing shortly after high school. He made amazing progress after his arrival, earned his place as a technician and now serves as our General Manager and Team Trainer. He likes to spend time with his wife Mara, and their son Nickolas and daughter Abigail and enjoys traveling and golf.

Mara Martin
Event Coordinator/Recruiter
Mara joined the Steve Huff Family in 2022. She grew up in Morristown, TN and now resides in Kingsport with her Husband, Nick, and 2 Children Abigail and Nickolas. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her husband and kids, travel, and cook.
Billy Roberts
Inventory Specialist
Billy grew up in South Carolina. He has over 35 years experience in plumbing and related fields. He moved to Tennessee in 2002, and became a member of the Steve Huff Plumbing team in 2005 and is the main dispatcher. He is happily married to Debbie and is the proud father of one son and two daughters and has a grandson Carter and new granddaughter Harper. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, racing, and motorcycles.

Roger Begley
Operations Manager
Roger is an Army Veteran from Church Hill, TN. He joined the Steve Huff Family in October of 2021. He is married to his wife Mandie and has three boys Brandon, Connor, and Blake. In his spare time, he likes to golf with his friends, go fishing with his boys and go hunting when he can. What he enjoys the most is watching his boys play football and run track. He brings a very strong and diverse portfolio of management experience to Steve Huff Plumbing. He takes great pride in making sure he takes care of the customer while also taking care of the employees under him. He is very passionate about family time.
Jacob Jones
Inventory Manager
Jacob joined the Steve Huff Plumbing family in 2016. He is a proud father to his daughter Iris and loves to spend time with her. He enjoys cooking, reading, and hanging out with his friends.
Sandi Grills
Chief Financial Officer
Sandi joined the Steve Huff Plumbing family in 2019. She lives here in Colonial Heights with her husband Tony and their three dogs: Izzy, Daphne, and Nikey. She loves spending time with their two sons, Caleb and Riley, as well as going antiquing on the weekends.

Inventory Specialist
Zach joined our Steve Huff Family in 2022. He is married to his beautiful wife Kate. He enjoys grilling out and spending time with his friends and family and his 2 cats.
Chip James
Dispatcher
Chip came to Steve Huff Plumbing in 2008 and has over 30 years experience in plumbing repair. From Hollywood, Florida, he relocated to the Tri-Cities in 1997 with his lovely wife, Janet, a native of Tennessee, and four children. His family has grown now to include six grandchildren. Chip has found the home in the Tri-Cities he and Janet have always wanted. His faith and family, along with pride in his work keep his life busy and happy.
Chris Ford
Plumbing Service Technician
Chris joined the Steve Huff Plumbing family in December 2017 after relocating to the Tri-Cities. He is originally from Texas where he traveled with the commercial plumbing industry before deciding to settle down.
Charles Beckner
Service Manager
Charles is an Army veteran from Kingsport, TN. He joined the Steve Huff Plumbing family in February 2019. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, and playing the drums.
Bradley Skeens
Plumbing Service Technician
Bradly was born and raised in Norton, VA but moved to Kingsport to pursue his plumbing career. He loves to go fishing, play sports, and hang out with his cat Lucy and German Shepard Anna in his spare time. He enjoys spending time with his wife Jessie and their son Logan. He prides himself on always being a hard worker and keeping his job sites clean.

Payton was born and raised here in Kingsport, TN where he still lives with his dog Goldie. In his spare time he loves to go hunting and fishing. He is passionate about his job and always doing his best. He strives to always leave people with a smile when the job is done.

Josh joined the Steve Huff family in 2021. He is from Chilhowie, VA. He and his wife have 2 kids and a beagle named Lucy. He loves to build and fix things and work in the garden in his free time. He enjoys coming to work each day and working on something new.
Jake Brickey
Inventory Specialist
Jake joined the Steve Huff Plumbing family in 2020. He lives here in Johnson City with his dog Thor. He loves to play disc golf with his friends and is very skilled at playing the piano. He is passionate about music and currently knows how to play 6 different instruments. He loves to be outdoors and work on his farm. He strives to always channel his passion and creativity into everything he does.

Zach joined the Steve Huff family in February of 2021. He lives on a farm with his wife Emilie and enjoys many outdoor activities. He is a hard worker who strives to give his best everyday. He takes pride in his work ethic and customer service skills, always leaving clients with a smile.

Sam joined the Steve Huff family in 2021. He is originally from Morristown, TN and in his spare time he enjoys playing guitar, hunting, and fishing. One of his biggest strengths in being able to stay positive and focused even in tough situations. He is proud of his work ethic and ability to help others while getting the job done.

Sean joined the Steve Huff family in 2021. He is originally from New York and likes to fish and hunt on his days off. He also collects antique advertising signs. He takes pride in keeping his jobsites neat and tidy while getting the job finished in a timely manner.
